What we collect
To place an order we need a name, a phone number and an address to deliver to. That is the whole of it. An email address is optional and is only used for receipts if you give one.
If you create an account, we keep the same details so that the next checkout can fill itself in.
Who sees it
The shop you bought from sees what it needs to pack and deliver your order, and the courier sees the address on the parcel. Nobody else does.
Sellers on the marketplace do not see the phone numbers of customers who bought through it — the courier and our own support handle contact. A shop selling through its own website does see them, because there it is the shop you are dealing with directly.
How long
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires them to be kept for accounts and tax. You can ask us to remove an account and anything not tied to an order.
