What we are

MarketOneBD is a marketplace. The seller of every product listed here is the shop named on the product page, not us. That shop holds the stock, sets the price, packs the order and is responsible for the goods.

We provide the shopfront, take the payment, and stand behind the returns policy on this site.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the shop confirms it, which is also when the courier is called. Until then either side can cancel — if a shop cancels, it has to say why, and you are told the reason.

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is shown before you confirm.

If something is listed at a price that is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund it rather than fulfil it.
