Seven days
Most items can be returned within seven days of delivery, unopened and in the condition they arrived, with whatever they came in.
Some things cannot be returned once opened, for reasons that are about safety or hygiene rather than policy: engine oils and fluids, anything sealed for hygiene, and made-to-order items. The product page says so before you buy.
Something wrong on arrival
If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what was ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph. Return delivery is on us, and you choose a replacement or your money back.
If you have simply changed your mind, the return delivery is yours to pay.
How to start one
Open the order — by its number, or by the phone number it was placed with — and ask for a return there. The shop that packed it is told at the same time we are.
